About Nathan Lofland

Nathan Lofland Through 20 years of experience as a professional graphic designer for Fortune 500 companies, always tied to a desk, I've slowly come to the realization that my well being requires frequent doses of nature. By challenging myself to #getoutside and #explore the #greatoutdoors at least one day a week, I have grown to appreciate our primal need to be one with nature. Many studies have shown the health advantages - psychological and otherwise - of including small amounts of time spent outdoors in our busy schedules. Some of these same studies have shown that similar benefits can be achieved simply by looking at nature for a minute or two (even a representation of it, like a photo).
